Reformatory Center (PCRC) jail warden Mamerto Baroro several plastic
kitchen supplies for the 209 inmates. Witnessing the turn-over is JO3
Rico Gernaldo from the Inmate Welfare Division (extreme left) and
BJMP-9 regional director Jail Chief Supt. Deogracias Tapayan. PCRC is
part of the itinerary of the BJMP-9 group and will join other jails in
